NEW IMPORTANT UPDATES 

E-Check payment option

Due to an increase in "check washing" incidents, AFDSNY as decided to offer a more secure method of payment called "e-check" (electronic check).  This option is safe, secure and easy.  

Anyone using an e-check option will need the bank routing number and account number.  Like all credit card information, AFDSNY will not retain or share any bank information.

We will continue to offer the option to pay by paper check at this time. However, we strongly encourage our members to consider the e-check option.

Due to the high demand for rooms at the Saratoga Hilton (Host Hotel) and an effort to deter "room hoarding", AFDSNY will require a PAID in Full registration to access the link for the host hotel. Rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis.

The link for the Saratoga Hilton room block will be at the bottom of the PDF attachment in your confirmation email. You will need to copy and paste as this is not a hotlink. All overflow hotel links will be hot links available in the body of your confirmation email.

The reservation block for the Saratoga Hilton will be monitored daily.  Anyone without a paid registration for this event will be subject to reservation cancellation by the host.  Prior notification is not guaranteed. There is a limit of 1 room per person.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing (email). 

If a registration cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the event, the Association will issue the Fire District a refund, less $100 (per person) registrant cancellation fee.

If the registration cancellation occurs 14 days or less prior to the event, no refund will be issued.  However, the substitution option remains available.  

For substitution arrangements between Fire Districts, the financial arrangements shall be the responsibility of the person or entities involved, NOT the State Association.

The current registration shall NOT be used for attendance at a future conference/event.
