Expo Location: The Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls 

Expo Dates and Times
Thursday, Oct. 3rd ......................................3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tailgate Party ..............................................4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Friday, Oct. 4th ............................................1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Ice Cream Treats .........................................2:30 pm - 3:30 pm


Expo Fees
8' X 10' booth.......................................................$750
Vehicle <26' ......................................................$1,050
Vehicle <36' ......................................................$1,350
Vehicle >36' ......................................................$1,500

Ammenities such as tables, chairs, carpet, electric, wastebasket, etc. will be available through the event decorator at the sole expense of the vendor.

Preliminary Move In / Move Out times
Apparatus Vendors will be notitied of Move In times via Email
Booth Vendor move in Thursday Oct. 3rd ............9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Breakdown/Move out Friday, Oct 4th ...................5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
